Early Learning Connection’s employer support is available as a free service for ACT early learning centres. Our aim is to help ease the critical workforce shortages across our profession.
The program is funded by the ACT Government under the Set up for Success: an Early Childhood Strategy for the ACT, as part of the Territory’s first Workforce Strategy for the ACT Early Childhood Education and Care Profession.
By understanding the needs of your early childhood education and care service, we support you through:
recruitment of educators who match your centre’s culture and philosophy
providing job-ready staff new to the workforce or changing careers
part-time and casual educators to support staffing needs for your centre
coaching and mentoring training for your leadership team through Australian Institute of Management
accessible entry for your staff to commence Certificate III, Diploma and Bachelor qualifications
peer to peer learning opportunities for Bachelor students doing placements across services
